摘要
用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了灰树花中微量金属元素Cd、Cu、Zn、Mn、Cr、Fe、Ni、K、Ca的含量。实验结果表明,灰树花中K元素含量高,Ca,Cr,Fe,Ni的含量一般,而Cd,Cu,Zn,Mn 4种元素没有检测到。
Determined in the ash tree flower with the flame atom law to include to the human body beneficial metallic element Cd,Cu,Zn,Mn,Cr,Fe,Ni,K,Ca content,has studied a determination different element phase of best working condition as well as the appropriate sample digestion system(HNO3∶HClO4 is 4∶1).The determination experimental result indicated that in the ash tree flower the K,Ca,Cr,Fe,Ni content is quite high,but Cd,Cu,Zn,Mn,Cr content little even does not have.And measures in many elements,take the K content as highest,Fe next,Cr is low.
