摘要
目的:测定固体菌质中灰树花多糖的含量.方法:用苯酚硫酸法,于488nm波长处测定其含量.结果:固体菌质中灰树花多糖含量平均为17.50%.结论:本方法简便、准确,易于推广.
Objective：To study on content determination of Grifolas frondosa polysaccharide in solid fungsal substance. Methods： Grifola frondosa polysaccharide is determinated by specophotometric on 488nm. Result： The average content of Grifola frondosa polysaccharide is 17.50 %. Conclusion：This method is simple, accurate and precise and easy to popularize.
