噪声听力损失与血液中某些金属离子的关系 被引量:2

Relationship between noise hearing loss and some metal ions in the blood

摘要 目的探讨血液中金属离子铜、铁、锌、钙、镁浓度水平对听力损失的影响,为预防听力损失和施行干预措施提供依据。方法采用横断面流行病学研究方法,对从事噪声作业的279名研究对象进行健康检查和听力测试,依测试结果分为听力正常组和听力损失组,比较2组间血液中金属离子铜、铁、锌、钙、镁浓度的差异;采用t检验进行统计推断。结果①听力损失检出率41.94%;男性(70.33%)显著高于女性(28.19%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=44.715,P=0.000)。②全血某些金属离子血浓度比较中,听力损失组血锌浓度(t=35.96,P=0.00)、血铁浓度(t=7.87,P=0.00)显著低于听力正常组,差异有统计学意义;听力损失组血钙浓度(t=-8.18,P=0.00)、血镁浓度(t=-49.86,P=0.00)显著高于听力正常组,差异亦有统计学意义。结论听力损失与血液中微量元素铁、锌和常量元素钙、镁的浓度有关,补铁、补锌有预防听力损失的作用。 [Objective] To explore the impact of metal ions of copper,iron,zinc,calcium,magnesium concentration in the blood on noise hearing loss,and provide evidence for hearing loss prevention and intervention implementation.[Methods]A total of 279 subjects with the noise exposure received health examination and hearing test by using cross-sectional epidemiological research methods.They were divided into the hearing normal group and the hearing loss group according to the test results.Comparing the differences of metal ions of copper,iron,zinc,calcium,magnesium concentration of blood between the two groups,t test was used for statistical inference.[Results] ①The hearing loss rate was 41.94%,males(70.33%)was significantly higher than female(28.19%)(χ2=44.715,P=0.000).②Serum zinc concentration(t=7.51,P=0.00),serum iron concentration(t=7.32,P=0.00) in the hearing loss group were significantly lower than those of the hearing normal group;serum calcium concentration(t=-8.18,P=0.00),serum magnesium concentrations(t=-7.24,P=0.00) in the hearing loss group were significantly higher than those of the hearing normal group.[Conclusion]Hearing loss is correlated with the blood iron,zinc,calcium,magnesium concentration.Iron,zinc supplementations have the effect of hearing loss prevention.
