摘要
应用原子吸收光谱法比较、筛选国外文献报告的缺铁饲料主要成分,自行配制缺铁饲料与标准饲料,复制缺铁性贫血大鼠模型。经6年以上的长期观察,表明这种改进的缺铁饮食法,具有复制模型结果稳定、形成期短、死亡率低等优点.作者认为.这种方法为国内开展缺铁与缺铁性贫血实验研究提供了经验。
Experimantal production of iron deficient anemia in growing rat was induced by
a standard diet deficient in iron only.The observations on the animal models in more than
6 years have demonstrated that the modified iron-deficient-diet method has the advantage
of satisfactory reproduction,short experiment course,low mortality and cheaper cost.
The results indicate that this method can be widely used in experimental studies on irons
deficiency and iron deficient anemia.
