摘要
在pH 2.8的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中,偶氮胭脂红B与硫酸庆大霉素相互作用形成缔合物,使体系的共振散射信号(RLS)增强,最大散射峰位于285 nm处,且增强的RLS强度与硫酸庆大霉素浓度成正比,据此建立了一种测定硫酸庆大霉素含量的新方法:其线性范围0.02~3.5μg/mL,检出限0.012μg/mL。方法用于硫酸庆大霉素注射液中硫酸庆大霉素含量的测定,结果满意。
In Britton-Robinson buffer solution of pH 2.8,when azocarmine B reacts with gentamycin sulfate(GEN) to form association complex,the resonance light scattering signal(RLS) of system can be enhanced.The maximum scattering peak is 285 nm and the enhanced RLS intensity is proportional to the concentration of GEN.Based on that,a new method for the determination of GEN is developed.The linear range is 0.02 ~ 3.5 μg/mL and the detection limit is 0.012 μg/mL.The application of determination of GEN in injection samples provides satisfactory result.
