摘要
在弱酸性溶液中氨基糖苷类抗生素(AGs)与达旦黄(TY)反应时能导致染料褪色, 其最大褪色波长位于409 nm处, 此反应可用于褪色光度法测定某些氨基糖苷类抗生素, 如硫酸卡那霉素、硫酸庆大霉素和硫酸妥布霉素等. 其摩尔吸光系数(ε/×104 L·mol-1·cm-1)分别为2 0,1 5和2 5. 考察了褪色反应的光谱特征、适宜的反应条件和共存物质的影响. 结果表明: 用褪色光度法测定氨基糖苷类抗生素, 不仅具有较高的灵敏度和较好的选择性, 而且简便、快速. 用于市售氨基糖苷类抗生素注射液含量的测定和血清样品的分析, 结果令人满意.
In weak acid medium, some aminoglycoside antibiotics (AGs), such as Kanamycin Sulfate (KANA), Gentamycin Sulfate (GEN) and Tobramycin Sulfate (TOB), react with Titan Yellow (TY) to form the ion-association complexes, which make the TY fade. The maximum fading wavelengths are all at 409 nm. The molar absorptivity ε are among 1.5×10~4 and 2.5×10~4 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) depending on the different antibiotics. The spectra characteristics, optimum conditions of the reaction and the influence of foreign substances have been investigated. This method has higher sensitivity, fairly selectivity and its procedure is fast and simple. It can be applied to the determination of the commercial aminoglycoside antibiotics and serum samples with satisfactory results.
