在调查了解济南地区蟋蟀类昆虫资源及其主要营养成分评价的基础上 ,从营养保健的角度 ,探讨了科学开发利用蟋蟀资源的途径。
Based on the investigation of the Grylloidea insect resources and the evaluation of cricket's main nutrient components,the ways to develop and utilize crickets scientifically was discussed from the angle of nutritive health.
