摘要
优选藤梨根中总多糖的水提取工艺。采用正交试验设计,以藤梨根中总多糖得率和总固体得率为指标优选其提取工艺。优选藤梨根中总多糖的水提取工艺为加水8倍量,回流提取3次,每次1 h。确定的工艺简单、合理,适用于工业化生产。
The water extraction technology of Actinidia arguta planch was optimized. Using the content of total polyphenol and total polysaccharides as the indexes, the extraction technology was investigated by the orthogonal design. The best extraction technology was as follows : adding 8 - fold amount of water, extracting 3 times, and each time for 1 h. The optimum extraction technology was simple and rational, and applied in industrial production.
