摘要
目的为充分利用和开发藤梨根资源提供科学依据.方法以芦丁为对照品,用分光光度法测定藤梨根中总黄酮的含量.结果家种藤梨根中总黄酮的含量为12.19%’野生藤梨根中总黄酮的含量为7.93%.结论家种藤梨根中总黄酮的含量比野生藤梨根中总黄酮的含量高.
Aim To provide scientific evidences for exploitation and sufficient application of tengligen. Methods Using the content of total flavones as evaluation indexes.Determinating of Total Flavones content from tengligen by spectrophotometry.Results The content of total flavones from the roots of wild tengligen was 12.19%,The content of total flavones from the roots of cultivated tengligen was 7.93%.Conclusion Compare with The content of total flavones from the roots of wild tengligen,The content of total flavones from the roots of cuhivated tengligen was higher.
