摘要
目的:确定金蓝胶囊的提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮、绞股蓝皂苷、原花色素缩合单宁混合物(金E)、异秦皮啶为指标,用正交试验优选提取工艺。结果:金荞麦粉碎成粗粉,与其他药材混合,加入70%乙醇提取2次,每次2 h为最佳提取工艺。结论:确定的工艺合理,有效成分提出率高。
Objective： To optimize the extracting proteges in Jinlan capsule manufacturing. Methods： Optimized extraction processes were investigated by using orthogonal design. Flavonoids, gypenosides, mixture of proanthocyanidins tannic condensation as well as isofraxidin were used as indexes in the investigation. Results; Grinded rhizoma fagopyri Dibotryis and other herbs were extracted in 70% of ethanol twice, and 2 hours per time. Conclusion： The optimized processes are rational and with high yield of active constituents.
