不同环境条件对球孢白僵菌HFW-05的敏感性变化 被引量:3

摘要 通过对温度和紫外线等条件的变化,明确了该因素对HFW-05菌株生长与毒力的影响。结果表明,25℃培养有利于提高孢子萌发率及菌株产孢量;30℃培养有利于提高菌株产酶量,最适菌株生长的温度范围是25~30℃。生测试验表明,HFW-05菌株对小菜蛾的最佳致死温度范围为25~30℃。菌株在25℃下经紫外线1 h处理后,萌发率可比对照增加12%,产孢量增加26%,表明适量紫外处理有利于菌株生长。 To explore sensitivity changes of HFW-05 strain treated by different temperature and ultraviolet irradiation,the growth and toxicity of the strain under different temperature and UV radiation was studied.Results indicated that germination and sporulation of the strain was appropriate at 25℃,and the enzyme production could increase at 30℃.The growth rate and sporulation were increased at 35℃ with UV radiation under 1 h,but the growth rate would reduce with postponement of the exposure time.The lethal rate of the Plutella xylostella(Linnaeus) was 93.1% by the treatment of 30℃,and it could effectively control the population of insect.
