摘要
研究了29株白僵菌以及同一菌株不同世代的酯酶同工酶、脂肪酸与其对马尾松毛虫毒力的关系,结果表明,同一菌株不同世代的酯酶酶谱虽然相同,但其活性却随着继代数的增加而依次减弱,而且酶活性的这种变化与其对马尾松毛虫毒力的变化表现出了明显的一致性。不同菌株酯酶同工酶酶谱的差异也与菌株的毒力表现出了相关性,其中靠近阳极的几条主酶带与菌株的毒力密切相关。不同菌株以及不同世代的脂肪酸组分及含量与其毒力没有相关性。
Esterase isozvme and fatty acids from 29 Beauveria bassiana strains and dif-ferent subcultures of 2 strains were studied and virulence of the fungi on Dendrolimuspunctatus were determined by bioassay.The results showed that different generations of astrain had the same esterase zymogram,but its activity reduced obviously after subculturing.The change of esterase activity occured with correspondence to the change of their virulenceon host insect.The difference of esterase zymograms from various strains was associatedwith the change of the virulence.The components and contents of fatty acids from differentstrains and subcultures showed no correlation to their virulence.
