白僵菌对山西林区油松毛虫的致病效果 被引量:13

Pathogenicity of Beauveria bassiana to Dendrolimus tabulaeformis in Shanxi Forest

摘要 从油松毛虫越冬幼虫的病死僵虫分离、筛选得到适应北方生态环境的致病菌株;通过人工培养得到纯化的白僵菌菌株.测定了该菌株在不同温、湿度下的萌发率,以及不同温度下在PDA培养基上的生长速率及产孢率.结果表明,最适温度为25℃,RH80%±5%时其萌发率为91.6%;RH95%时可达98.7%;RH35%时仍有10.7%的萌发率.在25±1℃、RH75%±5%条件下用1.0×10^6、5.0×10^6、1.0×10^7、5.0×10^7、1.0×10^8个/md的孢子悬液感染3~4龄油松毛幼虫,10d的死亡率达67.49%~95.13%.在温湿度相对较低的林间自然条件下,对油松毛虫幼虫侵染23d的校正死亡率可达50.0%~78.4%.在冬季11月份和春季3月份通过撒施白僵菌湿粉剂(4.5×10^9个/g)防治树根下越冬的油松毛虫幼虫,死亡率可达50%~78%. A pathogenic strain, adaptive to the ecosystem on North China, of Beauveria bassiana was isolated and selected from muscardine Dendrolimus tabulaeformis. Sporulation, conidial germination rate and hyphal growth were determined. Results showed that germination rate was highest (91.6%) at 25℃. When pine caterpillars in 3 -4 instars were inoculated with spore suspension at five concentrations (1.0 × 10^6, 5.0 × 10^6, 1.0 × 10^7, 5.0 × 10^7, 1.0 × 10^8n/ml)under 25 ± 1℃ and the RH 75% ± 5% in lab, mortality ranged 67.49% -95.13 % at the 10th day of inoculation. Under natural conditions with low temperature and RH, the correction mortality of D. tabulaeformis at the 23th day of infection could reach 50.0% - 78.4% . When wettable powder (4.5 × 10^9 spores/g) of B. bassiana was applied in November and next March around rootstock, mortality of larvae of D. tabulaeforrnis was 50% -78%.
