摘要
本文分析了中华剑角蝗 Acrida cinerea的营养成分 ,包括蛋白质、氨基酸、总糖、粗脂肪、粗灰分、无机矿物质元素及维生素 B1和 B2 等 ,并在分析其营养价值的基础上进行开发利用评价。
The nutrition components of Acrida cinerea were analysed,which include protein,amino acid,total sugar,fat,ash,inorganic elements,vitamin B\-1 and B\-2,etc.Based on the analysis of the nutrition values,are evaluated the development and utilization of Acrida cinerea as food.
