摘要
在综述贵州蝗虫资源和营养成分的基础上,探讨了贵州蝗虫资源开发利用的途径和存在问题与希望。
On the basis of grasshopper resource and nutrition ingredients in Guizhou, the way, problem and hope of the development and utilization of grasshopper resource have been discussed.
