摘要
本文以中国科学院电工研究所的风险管理经验为基础,从风险规划、风险评估、风险监控和风险处理四个方面分析了科研项目风险管理的主要内容,探讨了如何通过提高风险管理水平促进科研项目质量管理。
Based on the experience of risk management of Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, risk planning, risk accessment, risk monitoring and risk handling are introduced in this paper, and Risk Management of Research Project is discussed.
