摘要
结合自己多年在国内建筑施工企业的工作经验,分析了施工企业工程项目面临的各种风险,建立了建筑施工企业工程项目风险理论体系和管理模式,全面分析和阐述了风险规划、识别、评估、决策和监控的过程和方法,并通过某企业在某工程项目实施风险管理的案例,说明了施工企业工程项目风险管理的程序和方法。
This paper according to many years in domestic construction enterprise work experience, analyzes the construction enterprise project faced all kinds of risk, established a construction enterprise project risk theory system and the management pattern, comprehensively analyzed and expounded the risk planning, identify, evaluate, decision- making and monitoring the process and method through a enterprise in some engineering project risk management cases, illustrates construction enterprise project risk management procedures and methods.
