摘要
本文在简要回顾了项目管理产生与发展的基础上 ,对信息化研发项目和产品研发项目方面的项目管理的应用及其存在的问题进行了研讨 ,进一步论证了现代项目管理理论在R&D中应用的必要性和可能性。我国需要对科研项目负责人进行项目管理理论与方法的培训 ,以便能通过科学的管理手段来进行科研项目管理 。
After reviewed project management development, applications and problems of project management in IT development and product R&D are discussed. It is emphasized the possibility and necessity of modern project management theory and method applying in R&D. Therefore the training for R&D project manager is the important aspect to increase R&D efficiency.
