摘要
分析了产品质量追溯体系和缺陷产品召回管理的内涵,从推动有效实施召回、大幅降低召回成本、解决潜在危机等方面,论述了追溯体系在产品召回实施过程中的必要性,为企业建立产品追溯系统、实施产品召回提供一定的借鉴。
This paper analyses the connotation of quality-tracing system and the defective product recalling management. It shows the importance of a quality-tracing system in different aspects such as to recall the defective product effectively, to reduce the cost of recalling, to solve potential crisis, etc. Some advise in the paper may be useful for those who want to establish a quality-tracing system.
