摘要
为了分析重大科研项目风险的来源、性质和发生规律,及时识别出重大科研项目中存在的风险并采取措施予以解决,通过采用系统论的方法,对重大科研项目各阶段的风险管理方法进行研究。指出重大科研项目风险管理是一种综合性的管理活动,并得出重大科研项目的风险识别、风险分析与风险处理的方法。进而指出重大科研项目管理者必须综合运用多种方法、手段和措施,对重大科研项目各个阶段、各个环节进行风险管理。
In order to know and control the risk resource, risk character and disciplinarian of a large type scientific research project, the risk in the project can be identified accordingly and necessary measures are adopted to avoid or reduce the losses of the project. The system theory is adopted to research risk management methods of a large type scientific research project, pointing out that risk management of a large type scientific research project is a sort of synthetical management theory, and method of risk identification, risk estimate and risk response of the project. The conclusionis that a project manager should carry out risk management in every phase in a large type scientific research project through many methods and measures.
