摘要
师资队伍建设是提高高校办学质量的核心,而"双师型"教师队伍的建设则是决定应用型本科院校办学质量和可持续发展的基础和保障。培养"双师型"教师,既要完善相关的政策和制度,又要建立"双师型"教师的激励机制和培养途径。
Teachers team construction is the core to improve the quality of running colleges and universities, and “double type” teachers construction is the basis and guarantee of sustainable development. Training of “Double type” teachers should have perfect related policies and systems,and establish incentive mechanism and ways of training.
