摘要
对酸浆绿茶体外抗氧化活性进行研究,结果表明,酸浆绿茶具有一定的还原力;对DPPH.自由基、.OH自由基、O2-.自由基具有一定的清除能力,对脂质过氧化物有抑制作用,其IC50值分别为0.45g·L-1、0.99g·L-1、15.43g·L-1、0.83g·L-1;对DPPH.自由基的清除能力较强,对O2-.自由基的清除能力较弱。
The antioxidant activity of physalin green tea were tested in vitro.The results showed that in the physalin green tea had a deoxidation ability.It can scavenge DPPH·,·OH,O2-· free radicals and lipid peroxides with the IC50 values of 0.44,0.99,15.43 and 0.83 g·L-1,respectively.The scavenging ability was strong for DPPH· radicals,but weak for O2-radicals.
