摘要
采用肾上腺素和四氧嘧啶诱发小鼠实验性糖尿病的模型 ,考察并筛选了锦灯笼不同部位及其提取物对血糖的作用 ,以小鼠血糖值为指标 ,采用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定 ,确定了锦灯笼的降血糖的有效部位是其果实的水提醇沉物。
Taking the models of the diabetic mice induced by adrenalin and alloxan,the different part and extracting substance of Jindenglong were screened out for the decreasing blood glucose effect.The index of blood glucose was determined by glucose oxidase method.It is indicated that the effective faction with the decreasing blood gluose effect are substance,being extracted in water and precipitated in the alcohol solution from fruit of Jindenglong.
