摘要
采用多因子正交试验方法 ,确定了一组YN86 74热杆菌素产生的优化组合培养基 ,发现培养基中的碳源和无机盐对热杆菌素YN86 74产量影响最大 .通过对热杆菌素YN86 74产生条件研究 ,发现热杆菌素产生的最适培养温度是 6 0℃ ,最适初始 pH是 6 .5 ,而菌体生长的最适培养温度是 6 5℃ ,最适初始pH是 7.0 .热杆菌素YN86 74是在菌体生长到对数期中期开始产生 ,与菌体的生长、发酵液 pH的变化密切相关 .
Using the multifactorial orthogenal,an optimal composition of thermocin YN8674 producing medium was designed,and the results indicated that carbon sources and inorganic sources are critical factors that affects the producing of thermocinYN8674.The optimum temperature for producing of thermocinYN8674 is 6.0,the optimum pH is 6.5.But for the growth of the strain,the optimum temperature is 65℃,the optimum pH is 7.0.The peak of producing thermocin is at exponential phase,and has a closely relation with pH and the growth of the strain.
