摘要
从西藏羊八井和四川泸定的热温泉（９０℃～９５℃）泉水中分离到１１株菌，为革兰氏阳性菌，具芽胞和鞭毛，其最适生长温度为６５℃～７０℃。经生理生化鉴定和ＤＮＡ中Ｇ＋Ｃｍｏｌ％测定，证实是具有嗜热脂肪芽胞杆菌（Ｂａｃｉｌｌｕｓｓｔｅａｒｏｔｈｅｒｍｐｈｉｌｕｓ）特征的菌株。
Eleven strains of extrem thermophilicbacteria belonging to the Bacillus Stearothermophileswere isolated from the hot springs of Sichuan and Ti-bet. The cells were gram-positive,sporulating andmotile.The optimum temperature for growth was be-tween 65℃to 70℃;the maximum 94℃,and minimum40℃.The colour of colony was yellow to bright or-ange. The G + C content of the DNA in strains hasbeen found to be in the range 48.4─53.15mol%.
