摘要
本文主要介绍了美国凯克研究院的研究生教育改革。凯克研究院的人才培养目标是生命科学产业的创业型领军人才,其教学活动的最显著特色是以团队为基础、以项目为中心。本文研究认为项目教学在教学论方面和对人才培养体制的改革方面都具有重要的意义。
This paper mainly introduces the postgraduate education reform of the US Keck Research Institute.The training objectives of the Keck Institute are to cultivate entrepreneurial leading personnel in life sciences industry.The most significant characteristics of its teaching activities are team-based and project-oriented.This paper suggests that the project teaching has significant meaning in teaching theory and the reform of the personnel training system.
