摘要
我国本科阶段的教育是一种基础的、系统的、以自我管理为主的人才培养体制.大部分学校仍按照传统模式偏重于理论教学,专业知识的综合性、开放性、实践性不够,忽视了学生的理论知识与实践创新能力相结合的培养环节.目前的管理体制和学习氛围又导致部分学生自我管理能力不足、积极性不高,实践创新能力得不到锻炼和提升,所以通过导师制及创新团队的建设提高学生实践创新能力具有重要的现实意义.
Of undergraduate education is a basic, systematic, self-management-based personnel training system. Most schools still follow the traditional model of teaching emphasis on theory, compre- hensive professional knowledge, openness, practicality is not enough, ignoring the training links theory and practice of innovation ability of the combination. The current management system and learning envi- ronment and lead to lack of students self-management skills, enthusiasm is not high, lack of exercise and practice to enhance innovation capability, so improving students' practical and innovative capabilities has important practical significance through the tutorial system and innovative team building.
