摘要
本科生导师制对提高高等教育质量具有重要作用。本科生导师制可以弥补高等教育大众化对高校人才培养的负面影响,有利于完善人才培养体制,有利于促进教学相长,有利于培养学生的综合素质。高等院校实施本科生导师制需要有相应的措施,建立健全相应的规章制度。
The undergraduate tutorial system originated from Oxford and Cambridge, which is a very effective way to improve the quality of higher education. It can make up for the negative impact of the popularization of higher education, help improve the personnel training system, promote a mutual improvement of both the teachers and students, and is conducive to the overall quality of students. Colleges and universities have to implement appropriate measures to establish and improve relevant rules and regulations on this system.
