摘要
采用抗坏血酸还原酸性铬蓝 K的反应 ,在 2 ,2′-联吡啶活化下被 Cu2 +催化加速 ,建立了催化光度法测定水中痕量铜的新方法。考察了影响反应速率的最佳条件 ,探讨了反应机理。方法的测定范围是 0 .0 0~ 1 .2 ng/m L,检出限达1 .8× 1 0 -11g/m L。方法已经用于蒸馏水、自来水中痕量 Cu2 +的测定。
Using 2,2′ bipyridyl as activator, Cu(Ⅱ) catalyzes the decolorzing reaction of acid chrome blue K with ascorbic acid.The optimum condition and mechanism of this reaction was studied.A highly selective and sensitive method for determining trace copper(Ⅱ) has been established.The detection limit is 1.8×10 -11 g/mL .The range of determination is 0.00~1.2 ng/mL for Cu 2+ .The method was used.to determine trace Cu 2+ in distilled water and tap water.
