摘要
研究了在稀硫酸介质中,痕量铜催化溴酸钾氧化酸性铬蓝K的褪色反应,建立了一种高灵敏、高选择性测定痕量铜的新方法。方法的线性范围为0.0012~0.14mg/L,检出限为4.2×10-7g/L。用于水、茶叶和粮食中铜的测定,结果满意。
new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace copper has been developed.The method has high sensitivity and selectivity .The method is based on the catalytic effect of copper on the oxidation of acid chrome blue K by potassium bromate in dilute sulfuric acid medium.The linear range for the determination of copper is 0.0012~0.14mg/L and the detection limit is 4.2×10 -7 g/L.The method has been applied to the determination of trace copper in water,tea,rice and wheat flour with satisfactory results.
