催化分光光度法-流动注射连用测定饮用水中痕量铜

Determination of Trace Copper in drink water with Flow Injection-Catalyzing Spectrophotometry

摘要 建立了用邻菲哕啉(phen)活化Cu^2+催化双氧水氧化邻氨基酚(o-AP)显色为指示反应,在恒温50℃时采用金属元素分析仪分析痕量铜的新方法。产物在430am波长处有最大吸收,线性方程y=0.0935x-0.0544(R^2=0.999),检出限1μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)=2.36%,(50μg/L,n=10)。利用本方法测定纯净水中的铜,回收率在90.3%~110.6%,灵敏度高,操作相对简单结果令人满意。 The study found a method with the high sensitivity and simple operation in this paper. It works as flows: based on the catalytic action of Cu ( II ) on the oxidation of hydrogen peroxide in the action with o-aminophenol,leading to pro- duce a new color.We used automatic metal elements analyzer for analysis. The results showed that the copper content and the absorbance at 430 nm showed a good linear relationship.On the condition of 50 celsius degree,we got a linear equation y = 0.0935x - 0.0544, and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.99.The detection limit was 1 ug/L and the relative standard deviation was 2.36%.With this method,we got a satisfactory result when determined the content of copper in drinking water.The standard addition recoveries was between 90.3% and 110.6%.
