摘要
本文研究了铜(Ⅱ)催化抗坏血酸还原DCB偶氮胂的褪色反应,测定了反应级数和表观活化能,探讨了反应机理,建立了测定痕量铜(Ⅱ)的新方法。本法检出限为7.6×10 ̄(-12)g/mL,线性范围为0~60ng/mL,用于测定面粉、血清、中药等几种样品中的痕量铜,结果满意。相对标准偏差为2.0%~2.9%。
new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometricmethod for the determination of trace copper(Ⅱ)based on catalytic effect of Cu(Ⅱ)on the decolorizingreaction resulted from the reduction ofdichlofobromoarsenazo with ascorbic acid has beeninvestigated.The order of the reaction and theapparent activation energy have been determined andthe reaction mechanism has been discussed.Thedetection limit is 7.6 ×10 ̄(-12)g/mL and linear range is0~60ng/10mL. The method has been applied to thedetermination of copper in samples with satisfactoryresults and the relative standard deviation is 2.0~2.9%。
