摘要
在HCl介质中和α,α-联吡啶存在下,α,α’-联吡啶可活化Cu2+催化H2O2氧化1,4-二羟基-9,10-蒽醌转化无荧光化合物,导致体系荧光急剧猝灭,据此建立了催化H2O2氧化1,4-二羟基-9,10-蒽醌荧光猝灭法测定痕量铜的新方法。
A new fluorescence quenching method for the determination of trace copper has been established, α, α′ - Dipyridine can activate Cu^2+ to catalyze the reaction of H2O2 oxidizing 1,4 - dihydroxy - 9,10 - anthraquinone to non - fluorescence complex which causes the fluorescence quenching. This method has good repeatability, sensitivity and Ligh precision.
