摘要
运用《幼儿教师工作投入问卷》,对浙江诸暨市216名幼儿园教师进行调查,发现在工作投入的四个具体维度中,工作责任维度得分最高,工作愉悦维度得分最低;工作愉悦感随职称升高而降低;工作专注度最高的是小班教师,其次是中班教师,最后是大班教师;随着收入的提高,工作投入程度及工作愉悦感反而降低了;城区教师的工作投入程度、工作愉悦感低于非城区教师。为促进教师的工作投入,教育主管部门、幼儿园管理者及教师自身均应有所作为。
Using "Kindergarten Teachers Work Engagement Questionnaire", the author investigated 216 kindergarten teachers in Zhuji. The results include: teachers' responsibility ranks the highest of all dimensions while pleasure the lowest; teachers' work pleasure decreases as their professional tides goes higher; level 1 teachers' absorption score is the highest, followed by level 2 teachers and then level 3 teachers; teachers' work dedication and pleasure decrease as their income increases; the dedication and pleasure of teachers in urban areas are lower than those of teachers fi:om rural areas. To improve teachers work engagement, education administration, kindergarten administration and teachers should take actions and relevant measures need to be taken.
