摘要
目的探讨幼儿教师的依恋类型、工作投入与职业幸福感之间的关系。方法采用关系问卷(RQ)、亲密关系经历量表中文版(ECR)及工作投入问卷和职业幸福感问卷,从天津市抽取214名幼儿教师进行调查。结果 14种依恋类型的幼儿教师在工作投入水平上存在差异,除活力(F(3,190)=1.856,P=0.139)外,安全型的被试在奉献(F(3,190)=3.261,P=0.023)和专注(F(3,190)=3.761,P=0.012)指标中均显著高于非安全型的被试;2在职业幸福感的从业动机指标上(F(3,190)=2.781,P=0.042),安全型被试的得分显著高于非安全型被试,但其他4个指标上,不同依恋类型的被试没有显著差异;3幼儿教师的依恋维度与工作投入及职业幸福感各指标之间存在显著相关(P<0.01);4采用逐步回归方法得知幼儿教师的个人因素(包括其年龄、工作年限、教育程度、依恋维度及工作投入水平)、幼儿园组织结构等因素会影响其职业幸福感的获得。结论幼儿教师的依恋类型、工作投入对职业幸福感有一定的影响。
Objective To explore the effects of adult attachment and work engagement on occupational well -being among Kindergarten teachers.Methods Relationship Questionnaire(RQ) and Experiences of Close Relationship inventory (ECR) for measuring adult attachment ,Work Engagement Questionnaire and Occupational Well -being inventory were administrated to 214 kindergarten teachers in Tianjin city.Results ①There were significant differences among four attachment styles on work engagement indexes .Secure kindergarten teachers got highest score than insecure teachers on dedication (F(3,190)=3.261,P=0.023)and absorption(F(3,190)=3.761,P=0.012) dimensions.②The four attachment style teachers got no significant differences on all occupational well -being indexes except work motivation dimension .Secure teachers scored higher than insecure ones (F(3,190)=2.781,P=0.042).③There were significant correlations among attachment dimensions , work engagement and occupational well -being indexes .④ Some demographical variables,such as age,work time,educational level,and attachment dimensions,work engagement,as same as some organizational factors would influence kindergarten teachers'occupational well -being.Conclusion Different adult attachment and job engagement had different effects on occupational well -being in kindergarten teachers .
