摘要
在国内外教师职业倦怠相关文献的基础上,通过开放式问卷、访谈等方法编制了《幼儿教师职业倦怠问卷》,发现幼儿教师的倦怠有四个可解释的维度,分别为:情感耗竭、精力枯竭躯体化、幼儿教师职业失意、职业怠慢。幼儿教师职业生涯中的倦怠可划分为七个阶段:0-2年激情适应期、3-6年成长选择期、7-9年胜任平稳期、10-12年更新冲突期、13-18年平稳停滞期、19-25年复发危机期、26年以上离职消退期。
Based on literature review about teacher burnout, the research adopts methods such as open questionnaire and interview and so on to design a "Questionnaire about Job Burnout of Preschool Teachers" and analyze its reliability and validity. The result showed that the inside consistency reliability, retest reliability and structure validity are good, accord with the request that questionnaire is worked out; four factors are found by factors analysis and named partly as emotional exhaustion, energy exhaustion, preschool teachers job frustration, job negligence. 235 preschool teachers were tested, and the conclusion is that preschool teachers burnout in career cycle can divide into seven periods: 0 -2 the passion adap- ting stage; 3 -6 the growing and choosing stage; 7 -9 the steady competent stage; 10 -12 the refresh and conflictive stage; 13 -18 the steady and stagnation stage; 19 -25 the crisis recrudesce stage; above 26 the left office and running down stage.
