摘要
针对军工主企业外包外协各种特殊性的要求,研究了军工产品外包外协系统的功能结构和体系结构,同时对外包外协核心业务流程进行了分析,并采用F-AHP算法实现了外协企业优化选择,在此基础上开发了基于B/S模式的原型系统,该系统在上海某航天研究所中得到了成功的应用。
According to the special outsourcing requirement of military enterprise, it studies the structure function of military products outsourcing system, analyzes the core processes of system. Based on the F - AHP algorithm, it realizes the outsourcing enterprise choice, develops the prototype system based on B/S mode. The system has been successfully used in some space research institute of Shanghai.
