摘要
通过描述某机床制造企业机加工车间中外协管理的流程,指出制造执行系统(MES)的外协管理中存在外协企业多、外协企业评价指标不全以及指标权重分配不合理等一系列问题.依据层次分析法(AHP)的原理,运用基于新旧标度的层次分析法(AHP)进行外协企业的选择和决策,建立决策的数学模型,并最终以数据模型实现该决策支持系统.
Through process's description of outsourced management in a machine manufacturing enterprise, this re search points out that outsourced management based on Manufacturing Executive System(MES) has a series of prob lems of the large number of outsourcing enterprises, evalua tion index" insufficiency and index weights" unreasonable dis tribution. This research studies principle of Analytic Hierar chy Process and puts forward AHP method of new and old scale to make decision and choice among many outsourced enterprises, establishes the mathematical model of decision making, finally establishes data model and develops this in formation system.
