摘要
对外包(outsourcing)的定义和内涵进行了分析与概括,总结了外包的起源和发展趋势,系统阐述了目前外包研究的主要基本观点及研究方向,对相关研究成果进行了综述。
In this paper, with regard to the outsourcing, the definition of outsourcing is first investigated and then its origination and evolution are reviewed. Various theories for outsourcing explanation are introduced. A literature survey on outsourcing research directions is provided.
