面向行李分拣设备的产品级生产组织模式决策分析

摘要 行李分拣设备作为现代机场高效运行的关键设施,对我国机场的智能化建设和转型起着至关重要的作用。随着行李分拣设备需求的不断多元化,该类装备的制造企业面临市场竞争激烈、产能不足、成本管控力度不够等挑战。为了缓解上述挑战带来的影响,制造企业针对不同产品采用差异化的生产组织策略,以求最大程度地利用供应链资源补齐自身短板来获得竞争优势。文中针对行李分拣设备制造企业在产品级生产组织过程中面临的多模式决策难题,选取与产品制造密切相关的成本、产能、质量等作为一级准则,在各准则下又考虑了多个二级指标来构建产品级生产组织模式优选模型,同时借助层次分析法对企业所提供产品级数据进行了定量计算与检验。研究结果表明,所提出的决策模型框架能够有效辅助管理人员在多模式生产组织中做出最优决策。 As a key facility for efficient operation of modern airports,baggage sorting equipment plays a vital role in the intelligent construction and transformation of airports in China.With the continuous diversification of luggage sorting equipment demand,manufacturing enterprises are facing challenges such as fierce market competition,insufficient production capacity and insufficient cost control.In order to cope with the above challenges,manufacturing enterprises adopt differentiated production organization strategies for different products,in order to maximize the use of supply chain resources to fill their shortcomings and gain competitive advantages.In this paper,for the multi-mode decision-making problem faced by luggage sorting equipment manufacturing enterprises in the process of product-level production organization,the cost,capacity and quality closely related to product manufacturing are selected as the first-level criteria,and a number of secondary indicators are considered under each criterion to construct the optimization model of product-level production organization mode.At the same time,the product-level data provided by enterprises are quantitatively calculated and tested by means of analytic hierarchy process.The research results show that the proposed decision-making model framework can effectively assist managers to make optimal decisions in multi-mode production organizations.
