摘要
碱性黄Ⅱ为芳香胺类碱性工业染料,严禁将其作为食品添加剂使用,但将其作为染色剂添加到食品中的违法行为屡禁不止。因此快速、准确地检测食品中碱性黄Ⅱ具有重要意义。介绍了含碱性黄Ⅱ食品的前处理方法,并分别综述了TCL,HPLC-UV(DAD),HPLC-MS,UHPLC-MS/MS方法在分离、鉴定、测定食品中碱性黄Ⅱ含量方面的应用,还对所用的色谱柱、流动相、检出限、RSD、回收率等进行了归纳。
Basic yellow 2 is a basic industrial dye of aromatic amine,it is not allowed for as food addictives using,but criminal acts that stain added in food frequently happened,quickly and accurately detection Basic yellow 2 in food has become an important issue.In this paper pretreatment method of Basic yellow 2-containing foods were introduced and method of TCL,HPLC-UV(DAD),HPLC-MS,UHPLC-MS/MS application in separate,identification,content determination were reviewed,the parameter of column,detection limit,RSD and recovery were summarized.
