摘要
目的:建立一种反相高效液相色谱法测定豆制品中碱性橙。方法:以甲醇+0.1%甲酸(60:40,V/V)为流动相,在454 nm处测定碱性橙。结果:在最佳实验条件下,色谱峰面积对碱性橙浓度的线性回归方程为A=1.774+2.9057(r=0.9999),线性范围为0.02~45μg/ml,检出限为0.008μg/ml;RSD为1.46%~2.28%(n=6);样品加标回收率为98.0%~100.8%。结论:方法快速、灵敏、重现性好,用于豆制中碱性橙的测定,结果准确。
Objective:A novel quantitative method for the determination of chrisodine in bean products on the reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography has been developed.Methods:Methanol-0.1% formic acid(60:40,V/V) was used as the mobile phase with λ=454 nm.Results:Under the optimal experimented conditions,the regression equation was A=1.774+2.9057,the linear range of chrisodine was 0.02~45 μg/ml with r=0.9999 and LOD=0.008 μg/ml.The average recoveries were 98.0%~100.8% with RSD=1.46%~2.28%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is easy,fast,sensitive,reproducible and practical for the analysis of chrisodine in bean products.
