摘要
综述国家卫生部首批公布的食品中可能违法添加的非食用色素苏丹红、玫瑰红B(罗丹明B)、碱性橙Ⅱ(王金黄、块黄)、碱性嫩黄O、酸性橙Ⅱ、美术绿等的性质、危害及检测方法,以使广大消费者正确认识这些非食用色素物质,确保食用安全。
Abstract: This paper reviews the property, hazard and detection methods of Sudan, Rhodamine B, Basic OrangeⅡ, Auramine O, Acid Orange Ⅱ and lead chrome green which were announced as the first batch illegal additives to foods by Ministry of Public Health, to make the public informative.
