摘要
目的推动药物咨询工作的开展,提高药学服务质量,促进合理用药。方法收集2012年1～6月本院药物咨询案例,进行整理、归纳、分析咨询者构成,咨询药物类别构成,药物咨询内容构成,并总结体会。结果咨询者以患者或家属为主,咨询药物类别以心脑血管药物为主,咨询内容涉及面广泛,包括药物基本信息,药物用法用量,药物适应证,药物的相互作用,药物不良反应,特殊人群用药等。结论开展药物咨询,起到安全、有效、合理、经济用药的重要作用,丰富了药师内涵,从而提升药师的社会地位,提高患者和医护人员对药师的认可度。
Objective To promote the development of drug consulting work,improve the quality of pharmaceutical service,and promote rational drug use.Methods Pharmaceutical consulting cases in our hospital from January to June 2012 were collected,then advisors constitute,consulting drug classes and drug consulting content composition were sorted,generalized and analyzed,and the experience was summaried.Results Consultants were mostly patients or their families,consulting drug categories were mostly cardiovascular drugs,consulting content covered a wide range of drugs,including drug basic information,drug usage and dosage,drug indications,drug interactions,drug adverse reactions,drug use in special popula tions.Conclusion The initiation of drug consultation has the important role of safe,effective,reasonable,use of the pharmacists in economical,and it enriches the pharmacist knowledge,so as to enhance the pharmacist＇s social status,and im prove the patients and medical staff for pharmacists recognition.
