摘要
目的探讨用药咨询在指导合理用药方面的必要性和作用,为合理用药提供依据。方法对本市一省级医院2006年1月至2007年6月用药咨询记录做统计、分析。结果咨询人次3 186人,患者要求推荐用药最多,占23.9%,咨询较多的是药品用法、用量及不良反应。用药咨询对医师的用药选择和护士配伍禁忌及注意事项有一定的指导作用。结论药师通过用药咨询,密切了医、护、药的联系,在推广合理用药,减小药物不良反应的发生起重要作用。
Objective To explore the importance and the function of drug-consultation to rational drug use and provide theoretical evidence for it. Methods Make an analysis to the medical record from 2006 Jan to 2007 Jun in a certain provincial hospital. Resoults There are 3 186 person-times receiving pharmic counselling. 23.9 percent of the people take the drug at the apothecary＇s suggestion. Some consuhaions are about the use of the drug, dosage and the side-effect. Pharmic counselling is important to physician in medication and to nurse in realizing incompatibility and other problem of the drug. Conclusion Apothecary strengthen the correlation of the physician, nurse and the apothecary through pharmic counselling, improve the rational use of the drug and decrease the frequency of the side-effect.
