摘要
目的:探讨以互联网为平台提供药物咨询这一全新的医院药学服务模式的可行性。方法:对苏州大学附属第一医院开展以互联网为平台提供药物咨询服务以来的504例药物咨询进行分析,并与门诊药物咨询窗口、电话药物咨询等传统模式的相关报道进行比较。结果:以互联网为平台的504例药物咨询中,咨询的内容主要涉及药物选择、不良反应等方面,而传统咨询模式则以咨询用法、用量为主。在咨询的药品分类上以互联网为平台的药物咨询与传统咨询模式无显著差异,均以抗微生物药品为主。结论:以互联网为平台提供药物咨询作为1种全新的医院药学服务模式有其独特的特点和优势,可作为传统药物咨询模式的补充推广。
Objective： To investigate the feasibility of the new modes providing drug consultation using the terrace of internet.Methods： A statistical analysis was performed on the contents of the 504 drug consultations since we provided drug consultation using the terrace of internet,and compared the results with the traditional mode of outpatient drug consultation and telephone drug consultation.Results：In the 504 drug consultations,choice of drugs and adverse reactions were the major problems and the administration and dosage of drugs were the major problems in traditional mode drug consultations.On the one hand,antibiotic drugs were consulted in majority,as well as traditional mode drug consultations.Conclusion： As a new mode of hospital pharmaceutical care providing drug consultation using the terrace of internet,it has its particular characteristics and superiority and could be spreade as a supplement of traditional drug consultation modes.
