大学生睡眠障碍患者神经心理特征研究 被引量:13

Neuro-psychological characteristics of university students with sleep disorders

摘要 目的探讨大学生睡眠障碍患者的焦虑、抑郁、自主神经功能状况及注意力和反应控制力情况,为开展大学生睡眠障碍干预提供依据。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、自主神经功能检查用表(TMI)和持续性注意力测试(CPT),对整群抽取的哈尔滨市某大学学生睡眠障碍患者60名和正常对照者60名进行测试,比较两组焦虑、抑郁、自主神经功能、注意力及反应控制力状况。结果大学生睡眠障碍组抑郁、焦虑和自主神经功能障碍检出率分别是30.0%,36.7%,43.3%,明显高于对照组(10.0%,18.3%,15.0%),差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);大学生睡眠障碍组在持续性注意力测试中错误数、漏报数及平均反应时均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论大学生睡眠障碍患者更易出现焦虑、抑郁和自主神经功能障碍,且有不同程度的注意力及反应控制力下降。应予以关注并及时干预。 Objective To investigate anxiety, depression, autonomic nerve function status and attention and response control ability for university students with sleep disorders. Methods Self-rating anxiety scale ( SAS ) , self-rating depression scale ( SDS), TMI test questionniare, visual and auditory continuous performance task ( CPT) were used to evaluate the anxiety, depression, autonomic nerve function status, attention and reaction control situation for university students with sleep disorders. Results The prevalence of depression, anxiety, and autonomic dysfunction in group of university students with sleep disorders was 30.0%, 36.7% and 43.3%, respectively, significantly higher than that in control group( 10.0%, 18.3%, 15.0%, respectively) ( P〈 0.05). There were significant differences in the error number, omission number and average reaction times of CPT between university students with sleep disorders and normal group, and those variants were higher than that of normal group( P〈0.05). Conclusion The university students with sleep disorders are more vulnerable to anxiety, depression and autonomic dysfunction, and have poorer attention and response control ability. It is necessary to pay more attention to this kind of students and give timely intervention.
