摘要
目的 了解大学生社交焦虑与白天过度嗜睡的关系,为改善社交焦虑学生的心理健康状况提供线索.方法 抽取杭州市3所大学二~四年级的学生1 534名,采用Liebowitz社交焦虑量表和Epworth嗜睡量表进行调查.结果 社交焦虑组大学生白天过度嗜睡发生率(27.3%)高于非社交焦虑组学生(20.0%) (x2=11.19,P<0.01);白天过度嗜睡组学生在LASA量表的操作恐惧、操作回避、社交恐惧和社交回避4个独立因子评分上均高于非过度嗜睡组学生(P值均<0.05);白天过度嗜睡的发生与社交恐惧因子分有统计学意义的相关(OR=1.06,95%CI=1.03~1.08,P<0.01).结论 社交焦虑的学生有更高的白天过度嗜睡发生率,社交恐惧分高的学生更易出现白天过度嗜睡,需特别关注.
Objective To explore the link between social anxiety and excessive daytime sleepiness among college students. Methods A total of 1 534 college students in Hangzhou were selected and investigated with a self-designed sleep questionnaire, the Liebowitz Social Anxiety scale, and the Epworth Sleepiness Scale. Results Compared to no-social anxiety students, more so- cial anxiety students reported excessive daytime sleepiness ( 27.3% vs 20.0%, P 〈 0.01 ). Compared to no-excessive sleepiness students, excessive sleepiness students had higher scores in fear of performance, avoidance of performance, fear of social interaction and avoidance of social interaction ( P〈0.05 ). Multivariable logistic regression revealed that fear of social interaction was significant- ly associated with excessive daytime sleepiness (OR = 1.06,. 95% CI = 1.03-1.08). Conclusion It suggests that social anxiety students has higher risk for daytime excessive sleepiness, and more attention should be paid to students with high scores in fear of social interaction.
