摘要
根据大学生的心理和生理特点分析影响大学生睡眠质量的主要原因,通过对大量查阅资料和调查问卷的分析研究,提出相应改善大学生睡眠质量的运动方法,其对改善大学生睡眠及提高大学生体能状况尤为重要。
According to their physical and psychological characteristics,this paper analyses the main reason affecting the sleeping quality of college students.Through searching and reviewing data,conducting questionnaires and surveys,the author proposes some sports methods to better the sleeping quality of college students,which is particularly important for improving the physical fitness of students.
