摘要
提出了采用乙腈作为溶剂漩涡混合超声提取-气相色谱外标法定量测定曲克芦丁中甲醇的方法。结果显示,提取方式选择漩涡混合提取5分钟加超声提取20分钟,提取率最高,甲醇浓度在0.05~2mg/ml呈线性关系,甲醇的定量限为0.0042mg/ml。在2个标准加入水平下进行回收率和精密度实验,加标回收率均处于98.1%~101.2%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于1.95%。
